Hi, I'm

Kylie Mitchell

the therapist at KM Bowen Therapy

I am pleased to offer Bowen Therapy and a range of related services in South Gippsland. I have been practising Bowen Therapy for four years and recently completed the Diploma of Specialised Bowen Therapy. I continue to see clients from my home in Foster North, and in 2026 I opened a clinic at Soul Beauty Room in Foster on Fridays. In addition to Bowen Therapy, I now offer the Lester Cox Technique and Silicone Cupping.

Having moved to Foster in 2006, we are still establishing our local roots, but we feel very much part of the community. My involvement with local football and netball clubs over the years has allowed me to contribute to the communities of Toora, Foster, Fish Creek, and Yarram.

I work part-time as a Business Manager at Meeniyan Primary School, enjoying daily interactions with staff, students, and the wider Meeniyan community. I have also been a sports trainer with local football and netball clubs, including Corner Inlet Stingrays, Fish Creek, Toora, and Yarram for the past 15 years. My husband and I value being active participants in community sport and supporting small rural clubs with high-quality services.

Under the mentorship of Clarrie Smith, I have learned to apply Bowen Therapy and, more recently, the Lester Cox Technique to sporting injuries both on and off the field. These holistic modalities support the body’s natural healing process with minimal invasiveness and often little to no pain. I have helped players stay on the field during the season, and in the off-season I have assisted clients with a range of health concerns, including migraines, back, shoulder, knee, and elbow issues, as well as incontinence, bedwetting, stress, grief, and anxiety.
