Hi, I'm

Kylie Mitchell

the therapist at KM Bowen Therapy

I’m proud and excited to be offering Bowen Therapy here in South Gippsland. I’ve been practising Bowen Therapy for 3 years and am looking forward to continuing my studies with the Diploma of Bowen Therapy beginning in 2025. I will continue to offer my services from my home in Foster North during this time and look forward to sharing my enhanced knowledge and skills with my current and future clients.

Having moved to Foster in 2006 we are yet to become ‘locals’ but almost feel like we are. Being heavily involved with local football & netball clubs throughout the years has allowed us to be a part of these wonderful communities of Toora, Foster and Fish Creek.

Currently I also work part time at Meeniyan Primary School, I’m growing to know and love that little community also.

I’ve been a sports trainer with the local football clubs, Corner Inlet Stingrays, Fish Creek and Toora football clubs for the past 14 years and my husband and I look forward to working with Yarram Football Netball Club in 2025-2026, expanding our community involvement and making more connections.

Under the mentorship of Clarrie Smith, I’ve learned to apply Bowen Therapy to sporting injuries both on and off the field. This holistic technique allows the body to heal itself naturally, without being too invasive and mostly pain free. Not only have I had success keeping players on the court/ground during the season; but in the off season I’ve helped people with other health issues such as migraines, back, shoulder, knee and elbow problems, incontinence, bedwetting, stress, grief and anxiety.

The expansive list of what Bowen Therapy can help you with is listed here on my website.
